Chester Race Packages
Chester Racecourse, also known as 'The Roodee', is the oldest Racecourse in the UK dating back to the sixteenth century, the site itself dates back to Roman times. It is a glamorous, fun-filled festival attracting a loyal clientele, including serious race-goers and leisure spectators from near and far.
The season runs from May through to September, kicking off with the famous 3-day May Festival. 'Ladies Day' is one of the most popular fixtures, held during the May Festival. It is a glamorous and sociable affair, the perfect opportunity to dress up in your finery.
Conference & Events Ltd offer three Horse Racing hospitality packages in association with Convivio, a Restaurant & Bar based in the heart of Chester. These are ideal both for corporate events or that special gift for the loved on who is difficult to buy for!

Full Day Package
A Champagne Reception awaits you upon arrival at Convivio, followed by a mouth-watering two-course lunch.
Then a short walk across to the Racecourse for an exciting afternoon's racing, within the luxurious surroundings of the County Stand Enclosure. Return to Convivio to round the day off with a
superb evening three-course meal and reflect on the day's winners!
(When it is an Evening Race Meeting, Lunch is served mid-afternoon and is three courses, and dinner then becomes two courses.)
Half Day Lunch or Dinner Package
We also offer a Half Day Lunch or Dinner option. You may prefer to join us for a mouth-watering two course lunch, or perhaps join us for Dinner instead. These packages are combined with the afternoon's racing event. This package may suit individual budgets or preferences, offering flexibility and choice.
